Graham has had 45 years experience in the Financial Services industry. From 1978-1992 he was Financial Controller of Mercantile Mutual Life Insurance Company prior to becoming Head of Distribution Development from 1992 – 2002 for the same company.

In January 2003 Graham established The Encore Group as an independent business consulting group specialising in Practice Management for the Financial Services sector. In November 2011 Encore was acquired by van Eyk Research. In late 2014 van Eyk were placed into liquidation. In July 2015 Graham repurchased the Intellectual Property and brand from the liquidators.

As well as continuing his Practice Management consulting, Graham is works with Caboodle Financial Services as they establish and deliver their innovative and exciting Financial Services proposition that assists existing advisers to achieve their business lifestyle balance.

He is also a director of The Blackbox Factory which is involved in the provision of innovate technology solutions to the industry through its Smarter Compliance product.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, and with extensive experience in developing and driving strategic initiatives in the financial services industry, Graham provides tremendous knowledge and strategic thinking for the benefit of his clients. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and is frequently quoted in trade press.
